II.连系动词与形容词
象get,grow,become,feel,appear,prove ,look,keep,smell,taste,sound,go,turn,remain等这些动词既可以用作为实义动词又可以用作连系动词，因而要根据上下文语境判断究竟是什么性质的动动词才能正确解题。
语言知识要求：
(1)词汇：
名词：antelope,jungle,hippo,wolf,kangaroo,giraffe,endangerment species,fur,habitat,etc
动词：endanger,reduce,respond,etc
短语：deal with,die out，make a difference set free,adapt to,take a measure etc
(2)句型：
a.When...be cut down...can no longer...
b.Many...are killed by people who want to...
c....are hunted for their wool.
d.There are few areas left where...can live

现在进行时的基本用法：
a. 表示现在( 指说话人说话时) 正在发生的事情。 We are waiting for you.
b. 习惯进行：表示长期的或重复性的动作，说话时动作未必正在进行。
Mr. Green is writing another novel. (说话时并未在写，只处于写作的状态。) She is learning piano under Mr. Smith.
c.已经确定或安排好的将来活动
I\'m leaving for a trek in Nepal next week.(已经安排了)
we\'re flying to Paris tomorrow.(票已经拿到了)
d.有些动词(状态动词不用于进行时态)
1.表示知道或了解的动词:believe,doubt,forget,imagine,know, remember,realize,suppose,understand
2.表示“看起来”“看上去\"appear,resemble,seem

(2)现在时可以和带有since或for等表示“一段”的状语连用,表示动作或状态从某一时刻开始，一直持续到现在。如：I haven\'t seen him for two years. ，像come,arrive,buy等终止性动词与表示“一段”的状语连用。要用，改为“be(在)”等延续性动词来表述。现归纳总结一下由非延续性动词到延续性动词的转换：
arrive→be here begin(start)→be on
die →be dead come back→be back
leave →be away fall ill(sick,asleep)→be ill(sick,asleep)
